1. Art 330 of the Indian Constitution provides for the reservation of seats for Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes in Lok Sabha. 2.  106th Constitutional Amendment Act,2023 that is Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam( Women's Reservation Bill 2023) provides one third reservation to women in Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabhas for 15 years.  3. 104th Constitutional Amendment Act amended the Art 334 and  abolished the reservation of seats for Anglo Indians in Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabhas and extended the reservation for Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes in Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabhas for another 10 Years. 4. Citizenship Amendment Bill 2019 amended Indian Citizenship Act 1955 and provides a quick path to get Indian Citizenship to persecuted religious minorities( non-Muslims) from Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh .
